This Privacy Policy explains how G'Power processes your personal data when you visit gpowersport.com or buy from our shop. We have kept it short and plain.
1. Who we are
G'Power Rafał Głażewski runs this website and online shop and is the controller of your personal data.

- Tax ID (NIP): 599-227-03-94 · REGON: 080043205

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. For any privacy matter, write to the email above.
2. What we collect and why
- Orders and shipping — your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone and order details, so we can process, ship and account for your purchase.
- Custom åre design — if you design a paddle, we store the design and the details needed to make it.
- Account — if you register, we store your login email and the details you add.
- Kontakt — if you email or call us, we keep your message and contact details to reply.
- Analytics (only with your consent) — how you reached the site, the pages you view, time on page, device, browser, language, approximate location and IP, and cart contents. This runs only after you accept analytics cookies.
3. Cookies
On your first visit we show a cookie banner. You choose what we may use, and you can change or withdraw your choice anytime through the cookie button.
| Necessary (always on) | Shopping cart, checkout, language choice and your consent record. The site cannot work without these. |
| Analytics (optional) | Helps us understand how visitors find and use the site. If enabled, this includes Google Analytics. |
| Marketing (optional) | Ads measurement and remarketing, for example Google Ads. Off unless you allow it. |
We use Google Consent Mode: any Google service runs only with the matching consent, and ad data is redacted until you agree.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
- Processing your order — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Accounting and tax records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Analytics and marketing cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Replying to enquiries and keeping the site secure — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
5. Who we share data with
We share data only as needed: couriers for delivery, our bank for transfers, our accounting/ERP system (Subiekt) for invoicing, our hosting provider and Cloudflare for running and securing the site, and — only with your consent — Google for analytics and ads. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and invoice data — for the period required by tax and accounting law (in Poland, generally 5 years).
- Analytics records — up to 90 days, then deleted.
- Your consent choice — up to 12 months.
- Enquiries — as long as needed to handle them.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before. To exercise any right, email [email protected].
8. Complaints
If you believe we mishandle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version always appears on this page.
